I don't understand why he isn't allowed to play? He isn't giving back any money unless it's taken from him and based on his interviews he doesn't feel he should have to give up his assets based on the fact that players are getting payed from the deal he helped make happen. At least this way someone in the poker community has a shot at getting something back as opposed to him life nitting our rollz in his bank account.
