Wasn't too long ago, Cub promised to help get released all of the raw HHs from the UB super-user scandal, to out all of the accounts involved in the scam, and most importantly to name "the actual physical names of those individuals who we believe to have been directly involved in disparate ways with the actual cheating".

So, Sebs? How goes it? No one's heard a peep from you since October. Still hot on the trail of the scammers? If so, how about an update? How about those who were scammed: did you ever get a full accounting of the HHs, as promised?

Well that's the real question, isn't it? Why? The how and the who is just scenery for the public. UB, Russ, Hellmuth, the Affiliates. Keeps 'em guessing like some kind of parlor game, prevents 'em from asking the most important question, why? Why was the games scammed? Who benefited? Who has the power to cover it up? Who?

Too busy cashing checks from UB.

The question should be, what's been done to make sure it dosent happen again? Anyone who plays UB/AP must see the crazy way the cards fall, way to often.

He is also too busy listening to the trendiest collection of music on earth.

Also busy making unwatchable television.

The only mentions of UB at all were regarding:
1) sponsorship of a tournament
2) sponsorship of his show

He's too busy taking photo ops and being on ub's main page on the client.

Everyone has a price and his appears to have been pretty cheap.

You're all just be hatin' and you all be absolutely right.

Wasn't a terrible business move although fairly transparent.

1) Come on board to try and restore some credibility with a lot of crusader speak
2) Report "initial successes" that have no real value and usually rehash what is public knowledge
3) Profit
4) Two years down the road jump ship when you find out (as you knew along) the company you are representing is scum and you were both exploiting each other in equal measure

Professional sporting teams do the same thing all the time...fire all the old management, bring in whoever looks half decent and proclaim a new era and then hope the fans (or in this case players) forget about the last few years of empty promises.

context - there is a mention in this post & others of advertising from UB being accepted when all of Seeb's questions has been answered. So it's fair to say that it's time for the answers to be shared. Unless of course there are no answers to share obv.

totally unfair statement. Barry was against the UB thing and made his opinions known.

You think that Barry is equally the face behind pokerroad than Joe is? It ain't wonder why Barry is keeping low profile with the issue they have with UB. They are slowly ruining their reputation inside the poker community. On the other hand maybe they are aiming for bigger audience that first of all does not know the sitution or nor care about it. Poker community is more serious with honesty than real life behind the felt itself.
