Hi Everyone:
I read what Dave wrote and first of all it's very unlikely to be collusion, and if it is collusion, the so-called colluders are beyond stupid. The reason for this is that intelligent colluders never want to give away any information about their hands. Thus they will almost always play so that when it is just down to the two of them, like it was here, one would eventually bet (on a later street) and the other would fold. Notice that if played like this Dave would have never said a word.
However, there are reasons why poker rooms don't allow pots to be split (with the exception of chopping the blinds in hold 'em), and the most obvious one is that some players, like Dave here, will think they are being cheated. So Dave is correct in that The Wynn Poker Room should not allow this, and they should make it clear to players who try to chop pots in this fashion that they are not welcome in their poker room.
Best wishes,
Mason
