This is something I have noticed recently and I was wondering what is the logic behind it...

I always find myself going through the player field on the Sunday Grand to see what players are playing in it and I have noticed a trend.

On the current week's Sunday Grand, all will appear normal. Here are screenshots right now....all normal, a few regged as tourney won't start for hours yet. Normal.

Here's where it gets odd, to me.

Have a look at the field for next week's Sunday Grands.

First thing to notice is that there are substantially more regged for next week's Sunday Grands which makes little sense to me. But obviously the most striking thing is all the Greeks. What's up with that? And also there seems to be a lot of those guys regging both the NL and PLO.

Maybe Greek guys like to be the early bird? Well no, because I checked last week and the same thing happened....no Greek guys regged for the current Sunday Grands and regged for the following week ones (which would now be today). And the names were the same. They obviously register and unregister for some reason. These guys never seem to play in the actual tournament. And why are they all Greek?!!!!

Same thing happens for the Super Tuesday and Thursday Thrill:




Same names again. And I can bet they'll unreg too. Is there some hidden Greek GTO start at play?

i read somewhere that greeks get taxed based on the amount in their cashier at the end of every single day. they do this as a loophole.

Yep, for tax reasons and it's pretty common knowledge

Taxed daily based on their balance? That's absurd. I support this loophole.
