I guess you guys hit on it. A lot of people may have thought that the little Daniel Negreanu thing was all that I created. That would have been a pretty lame 3000th post relative to what I've done before. Regarding posting it here, the last one took so long (an embarrassingly long amount of time -- like hundreds of hours) that I decided I would do another only if I could build a brand and monetize it in some way. If I post it here, no one will go to my website. That's not seeming to work out so well so far since only one person ever donated something through the site (thanks!), and no one has since I posted this episode.
Now that I gave up my comfy job and nice salary to be a full time grinder, hours away from poker directly hurts my ability to pay the bills. Not that anyone owes me anything, but if I can't make money from this, I have to make money from poker. Bottom line.

I'm glad to hear there is still so much support for this, but things like my "Mucking Aces" comic strip are things that I wanted to take a shot at, which people seemed to like. I may continue that at some point. Other random photoshops were just quick fun, and I don't really even do those anymore. Oh, and I wouldn't trade my experience as part of The Micros team for anything. That was a ton of fun and a lot of work. John and Jay and the rest of the team are great to work with. But I never tire of hearing, "Hey, what about TGOOP2?" or whatever.

That was my dilemma when I was making this first segment. It was mainly set-up for the story, and there weren't tons of opportunity for humor in it. That's why I decided to add the SrslySirius stuff -- it was as much of an homage to his great work as a chance to poke a little fun at him, but mostly there needed to be another laugh in there. Thanks for being a good sport, SS.

I did vote 5 stars immediately after reading it the first time.

If there are any ways to monetize so I can continue this, I'm open to suggestions. In the meantime, I guess it's up to those that would like to see more to talk it up and drive viewers to the site. I would work the next segment if there happened to be a sufficient number of cheeseburgers thrown my way (via the site). If stating this is seen as spam by 2+2, go ahead and delete it, but I am trying to use 2+2 as the discussion forum for it and add a lot of 2+2 page views (TGOOP1 had over 250,000 views).
