Are we locking one of these threads? Same conversation going on in three places now...

Added a 0 in front of petition number and it worked (LOL GCG!). I then updated my address to reflect my current residence and the balance displayed was accurate.

I entered the petition number provided and used my last name to confirm, it led to a page with a very very old screen name greyed out and an address from 2006. This doesn't seem good?

I have tried to call them but they added a few extra traps to the menu that make it near impossible to get to an operator. Once finally through the hold lasted 15 minutes before I gave up.

Ya I think it just means they already have your email address with Full Tilt.

They do seem to be crediting it for people who lost. Every post I've read that mentioned post BF play says they received their ending balance, not their 4/15 balance.

As for the 0, it's almost assuredly a simple Excel formatting mistake. Clearly they rolled this out without proper alpha testing, but considering that fact-- so far so good.

Where did you guys see what they have your balance at? I submitted mine and it never told me, only had me enter what it was.

GCG should have access to FTP records. If I upload a spreadsheet that complies with what they have on record, then it's obviously not a scam. The question really is are they going to believe printed out bank statements showing that I never deposited a check for that amount.

I only have $15.00 in my balance but wanted to see if it would work for me since I did get an email. Worked with a 0 in front of the petition number I received. I wish they would have given me a donate funds option to something like PPA or a decent charity. As is, I think I might not even qualify because I never made a deposit. All of the money I started with was a transfer from another player when I sent him money on PokerStars.

from the sounds of it you clicked "create new petition" rather than logging in?

I entered the petition numbers etc,

then it took me to a page where I filled in my name, ssn, phone numbers

clicked continue

then it showed my balance on the next page.

click continue again, and it will have fields for your banking info

At 2:00 PM, I hit refresh on the GCG Remissions page and saw the option to file a petition and thought, "don't mind if I do". I entered my information and got the error about an invalid petition number. No worries, though. I'll just stick a 0 in front and see if that works. It did. My balance was exactly what I was expecting which brought me great joy. I confirmed and updated my personal information. I called my bank to make sure all of the electronic information I was putting in was correct. I agreed to the terms and conditions also confirming that I was eligible to get the money. I got my confirmation email. I'm pretty happy ATM.

Good luck to everyone else. DO NOT GIVE UP! If you think you are short $100 or $100,000 do not just agree to settle for less. Fighting for what is rightfully yours will not forfeit what they think you should get - you'll get that regardless (assuming there are enough funds to reimburse everyone 100%). But, if you just agree to their amount, then you definitely will not get what you should.

As for me? As Peter Griffin once said after turning into Jayna's tampon, "Now we play the waiting game" ...

Can someone point me in the direction of getting deposit/balance history from Full Tilt Poker?

My wife had an account on FTP with $1000 or so in it and never got any Claims emails and I'd like to try and help her out and get the money back but I don't have any "supporting documents" regarding this.

Guy on the previous page.. I stand corrected! Glad I didn't punt it all!

Kind of off topic, but what happens to phantom depositors? Are they getting money back from the government too? A ton were able to cash out what was never taken from their accounts and I've yet to hear if those people were caught/punished.

You should only have one poker screen name with any one site. There aren't old names or new names, just the one you registered with. Right?

I agree that that is what he's talking about, but there have been multiple people posting in this thread right before him stating that their balances did, in fact, reflect winnings/losses on April 16th, 17th, and 18th. So I'm not really sure what he's talking about afterall I suppose...

"All payments are subject to approval by the Asset Forfeiture and Money Laundering Section of the United States Department of Justice."

Hopefully the approval process doesn't take years.

Mods - can we please condense this into one thread?

Feel like im 1K light. I had edeposits that cleared in April, the last the day before Black Friday, which I think account for the difference.

I dont have my security fob anymore and dont think its worth the $1K to try and document it, so I'll just take what they give me and call it a day.
