waq - my puppy's name is Stevie. she was rescued from a kill shelter and had parvo. she is healthy and happy now. these sweet dogs and cats bring us so much joy and it's clear you do that for them too. your pics of your cats have been a highlight of this thread.

If it were me, I would call GCG to verify that they have your email addy on file from FTP (they should be able to confirm this by phone) so you know you are being processed.

I received my FTP player email with the # on Monday, and received a generic email to my media address yesterday (no data included since by website obviously did not have a player account). Yes, I had rakeback, yes I received and made P2P transfers. Those things had nothing to do with the emails going out. The emails with the numbers appear to only be going to the email addresses associated with the client.

FWIW DiamondFlush, I tried this a day ago when I didnt recieve my email. The guy on the phone said that he could not see my email addy associated with my FTP account even if he wanted to. Like, employees aren't allowed to look at email addresses or something. I posted ITT about it when it happened.

i mean presumably they would have already had the other part of the site set up and read to go at a moments notice, you aren't going to make the claims part of the site the day of.

so it's literally a matter of clicking some buttons and they can't even do that.

if they can't update their website on time it doesn't give me much hope for fast payments.

Was any of this professional or organized? Not sure why anyone would expect anything else. They're probably still sending out emails. Once they're finished (And once whoever is in control of their server realizes the emails are done) They will probably upload the part of the site where we can put our info in.

problem is, they don't care. they don't have to look professional or organized. we're at their mercy. their only duties are to hit the deadlines laid out in their government contract, not to make us happy.

look, it's a webpage, it's not something complicated, they literally have already built it. All they need to do is make it go live. It's now 2pm, it should have already been up and running. As I said, there really is no excuse except laziness on their part. It's honestly inconceivable to me why it's not up yet.

They may be waiting to get all of the e-mails out. That way they don't get bombarded with people flooding their e-mail boxes about why their buddy wit an "M" didn't get his numbers, that will still take months to get processed.

To this point, we've only been given two dates that I can remember: the date the emails would start to go out and the day you can start to submit a claim. So far, they are 1 for 1 and if the site goes live before midnight, they'll be 2 for 2. If you want to trash GCG for not sticking to their word, actually wait until they don't stick to their word IMO ...

You need to readjust your expectations as in your mind there is no excuse for the site not being up. When, in reality, there is absolutely no reason it had to be up by now.
