Tribe member bosses everyone around, brags about her intelligence, botches a puzzle when they had a pretty good lead, was surely going home, and ruins "98%" of the tribe's rice. Yet, lives to fight another day.

I think he needed to pick up a copy of The Boston Rob Rulebook. When it's that easy, you have to keep shut when it counts. He literally mucked the winning hand.
Sorry Garrett if you ever do something like this again at least watch a few episodes of the show.
JRB was way better then you at Survivor which is something I never thought I'd be saying but it's true.

For strategy prep, I watched every episode twice, analyzed a ton of published material on each of these episodes (there is a ton of info still out there, with reality news online leading the way from really old seasons). And listened to every dom and Colin podcast and most of rob has a podcast, although I had to sift through a ton of non strategy stuff with those. RHAP also has great strategy articles from the past few seasons.

Garrett can say he watched every episode twice but from watching tonight's episode that is like the cop dude saying he's not a cop when that girl cop read him well.
My first thought is why is he so lean? I mean seriously, thats a great physique don't get me wrong, but the idea is to put on weight before going so you have fat to burn instead of catabolising all that muscle since you aren't exactly going to be eating maintenance starting day 1.
