Now you listen to me. This is not to strike fear in your hearts and make you wonder whether you will be homeless soon, but I think Full Tilt might just go belly-up.

Reasons are below.


1) Department of justice has FROZEN many bank accounts associated with Full Tilt Poker.

2) Full Tilt poker allowed anybody who wanted to deposit funds and play immediately without deducting said funds from players checking account. Many of these players have 5 figures in total deposits that have yet to be cleared from their banks. This is from deposits going back almost 6 months.

3) Full Tilt insiders have been siphoning HUGE money out of the site by paying distributions to their big name pros and other insider/owners. This was done with the idea that the money flow would always continue. What has happened now is basically what happens when there is a run on the bank.

4) Rumors are running rampant that a few of the famous players have been able to get money off the site due to close relations with Howard, yet many name players are getting the silent treatment from Howard. Full Tilt is blaming these problems on the DOJ, while they figure out how to come to grips with the fact that even if the DOJ releases the funds (won't happen), Full Tilt will still sink because they have taken out so much money and paid it to the owners.

5) Howard and crew know full well that most poker players will not do anything to them if they show up in public. They saw that Russ Hamilton was allowed to scam everyone and yet still show his face in public. Nobody ever even spit in his face, let alone got aggressive with him.

6) Full Tilt will use the DOJ's confiscation of funds as their sole excuse for not EVER RETURNING A SINGLE DIME. Full Tilt is already getting creative in their press releases. They mention that they have no accounting of player balances because of the DOJ confiscation of bank accounts.

7) Those bank accounts were the result of an elaborate criminal scam to buy a bank in Utah and route transactions through that bank.....hundreds of millions in transactions. This money that was frozen will never be released.


God Help Us! Time to look for work. Guaranteed these Full Tilt jokers will be floating around the WSOP as if nothing happened.

Glad I only had $200 in there. I cashed out $2,500 one week before Black Friday. For those fools who have life-changing money on Full Tilt, I expect you to remember this lesson about having all of your eggs on one basket. School should not be for free. Consider this a nice expensive lesson that you can tell your grandkids one day.
