No, the total amount outstanding to US FTP customers is guesstimated at $150M, not a half-billion. $82M is far above what I thought might get claimed and paid, and that doesn't include any disputed claims or players marked as affiliates. So it's looking pretty good for most US players to being properly reimbursed, imo.

Still no sign of clawback from uncollected FTP deposits from US players. Seems like that isn't on the DOJ's radar. Guess those thieves (the ones who did it intentionally, to the tune of seven or eight figures collectively) are going to get away with it. Wonder if those names could be outed through the FOIA - the DOJ does have much of the FTP records.

Hmmm from this wording it sounds like we're going to have to actually take some sort of concrete step to authorize the payment i.e. the money won't just show up in your bank account. Time will tell I suppose.

Taking the PPA's post with a grain of salt. According to them Poker legislation would of been passed years ago. FTP was solvent, we were suppose to be paid back months ago. ect ect ect. If GCG has its way they will hold that money for as long as they can as to collect interest off it.My guess would be in sometime late March, like GCG said.
