I have stated similarly earlier in this thread when I was trying to convince you to share whatever you wanted. We really did want you to contact us and try to work with us. Even a follow-up PM similar to the post below would have been helpful.

How did you know this was coming down on June 29th? Did pretty much everyone (or most) at FT know that June 29th something like this was going to happen? Had they received written notice ahead of time that there was some sort of June 29th deadline?

Not blaming you on your opinion of my posts since posts have been changed and deleted before you got to see them, but if you in any way think the guy I was arguing with has a leg to stand on then you are the one lacking in reading skills regardless of what else has gone on in this thread...

As you can see in my above post, I quoted posts that I made on June 4th attempting to gain elaboration. So trying to work with him and asking for extra info is not at all a new thing. We were practically begging before and still are now.

I'm sure there will be more than one disgruntled exFT employee who will be spilling their guts in the next couple of days.

You're right, but you're not really putting yourself in the shoes of a whistle-blower, and neither are the mods. Maybe I missed it, but did the mods have a containment thread for whistle-blowers?

A guy giving inside info on the inner-workings of FT isn't going to give any information that may incriminate him. These are public forums after all. MicroBob's over-reactions itt (asking for extensive details, and demanding, lol, the use of proper grammar) demonstrate how wrong he must have felt inside for deleting threads and/or banning OP.

The mods should learn from this and find a creative way to allow whistle-blowers to speak their minds. I mean, why not create a sub-forum that is wild west? We're big boys and girls (at least, I hope we are). Have an area on 2+2 where any crank can create whatever conspiracy-laden thread they want, and let the users decide who they'll believe and why.

You come in here with some legitimate inside information, granted, but you can't make a post like "Full Tilt poker is going to ****, trust me, you'll see" and expect people to go "okay we trust you dude this isn't the internet or anything"

What was really douchey was when you decided the community OWED it to you to just take your empty statements at face value, and when 2p2 didn't do that you took a "**** it" attitude. You either feel morally obligated to tell the community what's going on or you don't.This middle ground of coming in as some almighty oracle and expecting the internets to bow down is retarded.

Neither of these things, in as many words. OP was definitely not spamming when he was banned previously imo, it was a knee-jerk reaction to him having said a few things that were, for obvious reasons, deeply unpopular with the 2+2 community. After the initial shots were fired I think we can all agree that most parties involved acted with staggering amounts of immaturity, but I don't think that changes the fact that, fantastic coincidences aside, OP knew something that most people didn't.

If FTP restarts again without a licence...... should we ban OP again for being wrong again?

He may have picked the correct date but he said FTP would annouce they are stiffing US players....... thats not what happened today.

He also said other things that didnt happen.

As an example he said on April 14th "Fulltilt will not be around in a couple of weeks from now" That date didnt happen obviously.

Or would annouce a finding on June 29th of their own investigation?

He may have known about the date but is just guessing the rest?
