As it looks right now the on;ly hope we seem to have is to get the monies returned to players by the DOJ
DOj has seized"frozen seizes in seized accounts over $330 million from Full Tilt Poker according to the AGCC press release today

I will say this, the majority of the persons named by the DOJ as being to blame are American citizens.
I am sure the DOJ feel obligated to compensate every single player equally as they feel its a duty and embarrasement that American citizens have defrauded players around the world who did nothing wrong, who mostly played 100% legally (or in most cases not illegally)
The statement by the DOJ is actually far bigger news than the AGCC thing and FTPs stupid statement.
The bad news is the timeframe for all the court cases and getting some of the money back is probably a long one.
I am guessing 3-5 years based on previous cases.
After all is said and done, how much will they be able to get back?
There will also be other creditors inline who want their share.
What a complete cluste**** this is.
