Exactly this ^ and the only reason he hasn't given the money back yet is because he doesn't trust current ownership to do the right thing with the money. Can't say that I blame him.

It wasn't just a rumor. Durrr said deal was there in intwerview and when answering questions (or he lied).

I'm not saying the rumor wasn't true I'm just saying it's very possible it wasn't true. I'm sure there was some negotiating during that two month period but I highly doubt any of it was serious. If it ever comes out that Durrr was in any way involved in the negotiations then I'll change my position on this. Durrrr has been very straightforward and for the most part has done his best to be as honest as possible but even he has admitted that he's been lied to by management at FTP, including Howard, and this easily could have been one of those instances.

This may only apply to US players not sure about ROW

Interested in getting a group of players together with single legal representation to start our own proceedings seeking restitution

Example: it was rumored that your funds on FTP were safe. We all know how that turned out.

And fwiw even though we share vastly different opinions on this whole ordeal I enjoy your posts. Your avatar otoh, not so much. Lol
thank you sir, I enjoy your posts as well. I know you are a rational poster that looks past their biases and evaluates the facts on the ground in a logical manner.

I'm sure some of the people working at the DOJ had friends or family that played online poker. I wonder how many of them secretly mentioned to people they should cash out their rolls prior to BF?

You sir, do not know what you are talking about. The DoJ has thousands of laws it 'can' follow. It CHOOSES to follow a select handful of them based on their and the presidents priorities. They CHOSE to make this an issue. They easily could have focused their time and efforts elsewhere. F#@$ them.

Here is Gary Johnson's response to your allegation:

The Justice Department must choose which laws to prioritize, and for as long as UIGEA remains on the books, I believe it should be at the bottom of the Justice Department’s list with a priority of zero.

As President I would support legislation to repeal UIGEA and correct the problem at its core. I would prefer for there to be no federal laws interfering with online gaming, which is obviously a passion for millions of Americans. If there is to be government regulation of online gaming sites based in the U.S., I would prefer for that to be done at the state level rather than at the federal level. The best way to go about legalizing online poker and other forms of online gaming is, of course, an open discussion, and I welcome that discussion going forward.

The return of forfeited funds to victims of the alleged fraud may be possible, but will depend on several factors, including the successful conclusion of the litigation, the amount of funds seized and ordered forfeited by the court

How many times, it's all spin. THE DOJ DO NOT CARE ABOUT IT'S PEOPLE AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A ****ING PENNY.
