Keep in mind that whether or not this harms an investment, at this time we haven't heard any word that the french have backed out yet. Maybe they'll be sweet talked into still buying, or they always intended on buying and just wanted to save themselves the headache of a revocation by saying they would walk. I am just speculating here.

FWIW though I do like your contributions exo, just don't agree with this. Maybe i'll just chalk the post up to you being frustrated with the amount of sh|tty news that has surfaced today.
Sorry, I second guessed my decision to include the The idea of supporting a movement that would have myself banned with a stupid +1 "grind up the post count" message amused me.

I'm not convinced there really was a potential buyer for that two month period. I'm not saying it's impossible I'm just saying it wouldn't suprise me one bit to find out at some point that was completely fabricated to buy FT some time without having to come forward and say anything.

This is total nonsense.

Of course poker in the US will become legal; it is a 30 billion market.
But 888/Harrahs will take the place of FTP and PS.

Re: FTP Discussion Thread (Everything but big new news goes here. Cliffs in OP)

The just one solution is to convert Credits in shares, Make a new Company, and with credits of players we buy Software, offices, Brand, Etc. Etc.

Now the new Company Will have a capital of 300millions, Now the new investors will buy part of the shars, so it will be owner of the Company for just 150/200millions. Now Players believe in shares, can integrate same money for liquidity, or we can ask to investors to make liquidity in advance for 1 or 2 years, until proficts will be done!

So this is the solution

It is more easy to do than talking about!

You don't know that for sure. It's been widely rumored but rumors often turn out to be false.

Example: it was rumored that your funds on FTP were safe. We all know how that turned out.

And fwiw even though we share vastly different opinions on this whole ordeal I enjoy your posts. Your avatar otoh, not so much. Lol

This quote taken directly from DOJ website

Quote:
111. The other approximately 19 owners of Tiltware LLC
received the remainder of the approximately $443,860,530
distributed. For example, a professional poker player and Full
Tilt Poker owner (“Player Owner 1”) received at least
approximately $40,078,646.64 in distributions, as well millions of
dollars characterized as loans from Full Tilt Poker. At least
approximately $4.4 million of these loans have not been repaid.
You think those ****ers will pony up? That's an average of 23m a piece.

Durrrr, what portion of that is yours? You think your 1m gesture makes you a martyr for this whole thing? Piss off.

Do you think the DOJ puts you on a victims mailing list because they think a sale is imminent and they want to be the first to give you the good news?

Durrrr was paid a salary and was not a dividend receiving shareholder.

Durrrr has offered to pay back every cent he got from FTP. He is the only person associated with FTP who has done so.

Then I withdrawal that statement and direct it towards the "rest" of the so called professional community.

Whenever I had a wild "pie in the sky" idea my mom would always say "go do it" and I knew this was her way of saying I was crazy.

In reference to your post I have this to say. Go do it!
