Thats when I publish, when things happen. Anything before then is speculation and you already have enough sites that do that.
I don't think I ever published anything that would be considered old news. Please link?

Likely yes, and better than pennies on the dollar (if that) after BR is settled after years possibly! But if FTP stiffed players could have voted on the GBT deal at say $1.00 equals one vote then the deal was really likely to be rejected by the guys with huge balances. Kind of a crappy deal all around so far. Here's hoping the endgame is near and satisfactory!

From our POV its been going this
GBT shows interest in buying FTP and has discussions with the DOJ.
GBT obv has ****ty payout structure and wants to **** everyone in the ass(All should know by now that people above $100 would have to grind it back).
PS lurks and discover this opening and probably stalled the GBT deal with a deal of their own(paying back customers within 90 days). Pushing GBT off.

Now, I dont know the game and I pretty sure that neither does anyone else in this thread when it comes to deals which include +100$ millions. Hell Im pretty confident to say even a million$ business deal. So....stfu...lay back, because no one knows the game they are playing.

Because if you had the knowledge and the experiance. WTF are u doing in a time sink thread?
lol lol lol lol.playing games

Re: FTP Discussion Thread (Everything but big new news goes here. Cliffs in OP)

Whatever the reason was for not meeting the deadline (from the employees pov), apparently it came as a complete surprise to everybody.
The official reason for breaking up the temporary contracts was lack of money.
Guess that was supposed to come from PS.

Something may have gone wrong or may be PokerStars was just looking for an exuse to let these people go and lower the overhead. Unlike GBT PS doesn't need or want extra staff so they can benefit fully from the economies of scale the deal brings.

This IMO is more likely good news than bad.

Very true. However, the purchase by Pokerstars (currently under US government indictment), of assets of Full Tilt Poker (also currently under US government indictment), as part of a settlement of civil and criminal legal cases with the United States Departement of Justice, certainly does revolve around the US government, dontcha think?

Stop with the insults.

I deleted those posts just because the link is broken.

TPTB have determine that iGaming constantly keeps spamming this site, and their name is now blocked. So posts linking iGaming articles will only have broken links and therefore shouldn't be posted.

I don't think that site really knows anything. Best to ignore them.

I think I read somewhere that DF is under a non-disclosure agreement. I'm not sure about this.
