It's too early to begin disclosing many details about our strategic plans for Full Tilt, but our first order of business is to re-open the site, pay back all of the players and begin rebuilding Full Tilt's reputation. Going forward, we will operate Full Tilt as a separate brand, giving players another leading and trusted platform to enjoy the game. The re-launched Full Tilt site will bring back the innovative features, the authentic poker and the cutting-edge software that made it so popular with millions of players worldwide.

Howard Lederer: The Scheinberg Family wants to buy me out? No, I buy you out, you don't buy me out.
Isai Scheinberg: Your casino loses money, maybe we can do better.
Howard Lederer: You think I'm skimmin off the top, Isai?
Isa Scheinberi: [Isai shakes his head] You're unlucky.
Howard Lederer: You goddamn billionaires you really make me laugh. I do you a favor and put up half in Sun First when you're having a bad time, and now you're gonna try and push me out!
Isai Scheinberg: Now we're talking business, let's talk business.
Howard Lederer: Yeah, let's talk business, Isai. First of all, you're all done. The Scheinberg Family don't even have that kind of muscle anymore. The DOJ indicted you, right? You're getting chased out of Isle of Man by the feds. What do you think is going on here? You think you can come to my house and take over? I talked to Bernard Tapie - I can make a deal with him, and still keep my casino!
Isai Scheinberg: Is that why Phil Ivey is in hiding boycotting the WSOP and filing lawsuits against you?
Phil Ivey: Aw, now that, that was nothin', Isai. I didn't mean nothin' by that. Yeah, sure I fly off the handle every once in a while, but me and him, we're good friends, right Howard?
Isai Scheinberg: I leave for Israel tomorrow, think about a price.
Howard Lederer: Sonofabitch! Do you know who I am? I'm Howard Lederer! I made my bones when you were going out with cheerleaders!
Phil Ivey: Wait a minute, Isai, Isai, I got an idea. Howard, you're the CFO and you can talk to the Don (Raymond Bitar), you can explain...
Howard Lederer: Now hold it right there. The Don (Raymond Bitar) is semi-retired and in custody of the SDNY, also facing life imprisonment, I'm in charge of the Family business now. You have anything to say, say it to me.
Phil Ivey: [Howard Lederer leaves] Isai! You do not come to Las Vegas and talk to a man like Howard Lederer like that!
Isai Scheinberg: Phil, you're a degenerate craps player, and I love you. But don't ever take sides with anyone against PokerStars again. Ever.
If I could only live to see it, to be there with you. What I wouldn't give for twenty more years! Here we are, protected, free to make our profits without Kefauver, the goddamn Justice Department and the F.B.I. ninety miles away, in partnership with a friendly government. Ninety miles! It's nothing! Just one small step, looking for a man who wants to be President of the United States, and having the cash to make it possible. Isai, we're bigger than U.S. Steel.

It ain't over till we have our money. Sure, this LOOKS good, but we have no idea what the remission process will be like.

Had to post one last time in this thread for the ages. Now you will find me in the yet to be created "US players waiting for remission" thread.

Awesome news. Congrats to all.

DF: You may hav to wait for that lunch..no clue how long this remission process will take

Finally!! Thanks Pokerstars!
07-31-2012 , 12:22 PM
now as long as all "pending" withdrawls are put back into our accounts and we don't have to jump through hoops to prove what is ours!!!
07-31-2012 , 12:23 PM
For US players I still think this is gonna be a huge pain for us and a big complicated process still.
