That document was notarized on July 27th.... Maybe the Full Tilt deal is done as well and they are slow rolling us there too waiting to submit

Who said anything about AP/UB funds being paid? You people read way to much into everything?

Want to tell me who has agreed to buy the AP/UB assets and repay players?

For those of you who don't really understand all the legal words in that Motion filed by the US, it's basically both US and AP agreed to settle the case with AP forfeited all their assets to the US. So basically DOJ owns AP now (after the Judge signs the order).

Next news should be about FTP. hold your horses.
