I know he got banned from Golden Gate for being abusive to staff and other blackjack players sometime last year. He’s been booted from a few places in Vegas.

Just saw the tweet + blog. Those were some really dark comments.

I think the real news here is that Tony Bigcharles is actually his legal name, I was certain it was a pseudonym.

I'm more surprised to learn that he's a white nationalist. I always thought he was Mexican.

He definitely does not appear to be made of overwhelmingly Caucasian genetics but is almost certainly >50% (assuming his profile pictures are actually him).

So much fail in that blog post, but the bit right before your quote left me shaking my head "how can anyone be expected to play good poker, or gamble at their best, when theyre always stressed out about money all the time."

Here is someone taking credit for reporting him to police, including a screenshot of a suicide threat on Facebook.

His blog post was discussed in the LVL forum. I considered reporting him. I think I might have done so today after sleeping on it, if someone hadn't beat me to it. I think that it was probably a mistake to wait that long and I should have done it yesterday.

I've played with him live. Basically he's socially ******ed. Call it autism or aspergers or whatever. There are many, many guys like this out there, decently book smart but totally unable to understand anything but the most basic human communication. The whole white nationalist/men's rights thing, those groups are full of these guys. They can't understand why no one likes them or why women find them creepy so they band together and think "it's not me, it's them" Think of the guy that drove a van through all those people in Toronto. That's TBC sooner or later.

It's a shame this went down in Nevada. There is no help in that state. Too bad he wasn't 5150'd or whatever it would be called in California. He's ****ed.

Tony's gonna Tony. He was arrested about 25 years ago for break and entering, but he says he was just joking and wasn't really going to steal anything. The police didn't buy it.

The thing with Tony is his thoughts seem almost logical/coherent on his blog but in person nothing could be further than the truth. He has more than a touch of whatever is wrong with him and talks nonstop.

He has a history of posting horrible, violent thoughts that don't come to fruition whenever he suffers a big gambling loss. The bad thoughts pass and he's like "you know I didn't mean it." ssdd Do I think Tony is capable of violence? No. He's very frightened of everything and everyone. He is crippled by this fear, but I do think he should be where he is regardless.

Oh and Tony is Canadian, descending from indigenous Canadians. Though an ardent Trump fan, he is not american. #crazycanadians

I've had the displeasure of speaking to Sherry Bigcharles on the phone. She is ****ing crazy like a loon. Compared to her, Tony is normal and that's saying something.

Hi mother is white. His father was Indigenous/Native Canadian. He 100% believes that black men take all the white women which is why he can't get one.

I meant compared to how he speaks in person.

I could understand what he wrote but I couldn't say the same when talking to him.

Josie - In the threads after my tweet about the arrest, some mentioned he has citizenship issues and it became a side debate. Do you know anything about that?

Best thing that could happen is that he gets locked up. He is testing things out by talking about his violent fantasies. If he faced no repercussions then he would have eventually escalated to actual violence imo.

If he is a potential danger to himself or others, then it is necessary.

But almost no one gets mental health support in jail and it almost never makes anyone better.
"Lessons learned and repercussions" or any positive impact statistically will lose out to more irrationality, bitterness, distrust, isolation, and lashing out from angry people.

I truly hope he gets help.
