Simple. I measure the effectiveness of this action plan by comparing it to participation in other poker grassroots action plans. Thus far, this is it.

The DAP is very effective, especially on an EV. It's particularly effective when compared to doing nothing. I'm not saying that's you, but it is many.

It informs lawmakers that people are paying attention and want this liberty. We saw the success of this in the lame duck, when we beat back a push by Adelson to get this through in that session.

We also have objective evidence from lawmakers and lobbyists alike who report on the frequency and effectiveness of our outreach. One major benefit right there is that all these lobbyists on the Hill for poker (PPA, Caesars, MGM, PokerStars/Amaya, etc.) need to show public support and enthusiasm for their positions.

You say you were not claiming that this doesn't work, but I've not seen you taking action. Why not?
