When Holz is about to make the river call, just before he makes the call, he looks for someone/something in the audience with his eyes and makes a quick call. Could it be possible he has a guy in audience who is expert in live reads who gives some kind of signal to call/fold?

not likely. im sure he relies on his own live reads, he is the expert.

The audience doesn't provide a great vantage point, so perhaps his glasses contain some sort of fiber-optic camera that allows this live tell expert to see his adversary more clearly. Could also be using an advanced algorithm to scan the cards for imperceptible markings indicating which card it is.
