peaceout- I don't think there is a whole lot of doubt any more about his ownership interests. See also the last post in Kevmath's sticky that links to an article roy cooke wrote about Pierson being a principal founder.

I was asking back in the AP threads what possible connection there could be between him and the mess even though there was little to tie him directly at the time.

thanks. I havent been following it, and just assumed that it was understood he was owner.

I wish there was a way to pull up very old AOL emails, cuz i think he and I exchanged a few emails on the structures he had set up to obsficate his ownership

Just having a quick look at some of the consent from shareholder forms:

Pg 119 in the PDF is from "The Desert Palm Irrevocable Trust" and they have 4,304,720 shares. It is signed by a trustee "NIcholas Mazzela?" and witnessed by "Lisa Baccara?". What is more interesting though is the fax header it came in on. It seems that it was first faxed by Iovation Inc. and then was subsequently faxed by Ted Forrest. On page 125 "The Clearwater Irrevocable Trust" with 2,487,088 has the same fax headers and the same witness but is signed by Steve Weiss.

I understand why the fax is coming from iovation inc. (because Melissa Gaddis is one of the inspectors and is now working for iovation) but why are they both going to Ted Forrest's personal fax?
