am i reading this correct? it is ONLY possible to cash out directly to bank account. i can cash IN with neteller but NOT cash OUT with neteller??

I'm french and playing on french sites. This is awful, the rake is 7% and THEY RAKE preflop !!!
I can't play HU anymore, the rake is more than 10BB/100

That's right, cashout only directly to your bank.

When you create your PS.fr account, you have to enter your bank account number, etc., and then submit to them necessary bank documents to prove that it belongs to you. Thereafter, any cashouts are only possible to that bank account.

they have put so many rules, I hate them

why the **** would you want to pay 7% rake including 2% pre-flop (basically -EV poker) and play w/ no traffic when you can play profitable poker with traffic elsewhere ? And don't bring the french are bad argument, yeah some of them are bad but not that bad

well i just observed a little of their play and i must say that there are really many bad players 2/4 up to 5/10
so i at least thought about it actually... given the fact i'd need a french bank acc.... idea is gone...
