"Diddling" is a funny word except when it's used to describe the sexual abuse of minor children because it trivializes one of the worst things that can happen to a child. You feeling sick that people are offended by that is an odd reaction.

I've never heard of this guy before, but he only lives about 40 minutes away from me.

After reading about him, I suddenly feel the need to take about a dozen consecutive showers. Even if he's not guilty of this latest horror, all of the things he HAS done in the past are bad enough.
