In light of the other thread, for those who were not made whole, it MIGHT be worth those persons getting in contact with the Brevard DA's office. Each instance of scamming (ie. each person ripped off) is a separate act that could be brought forth as an extraneous bad act in a punishment phase of the trial if convicted of the newly reported charge.

My defense of Jay was admittedly a tipsy knee-jerk reaction. I think it quickly became pretty obvious that he did what he did.
