It does in respect of sentence. The courts tend to sentence much more severely where penetration is involved.

You will not be able to do this. You will probably get tired after shower #4.

he should be publicly made into a eunuch

that would act as a deterrent none of this fkn around anymore jus locking ppl up that doesn't deter ppl cos they jus get put on the nonce wing with the rest of the nonces so the gen population can't get to them and hurt them.

trial by combat would also be a good one vs Jon Jones or similar - let the gods decide their fate?

(yes i like GoT)

I'm pretty much always in the "Withhold Judgement Until Facts Are Presented" camp but the reality of the matter is, if someone is willing to testify in court that you sexually abused them, you're going to prison, you lose. The presumption is pretty much always that they're telling the truth as it should be.

Outright false accusations do happen, but they're pretty damn rare (but they do happen... but they're rare...) Two people making the same accusation, the unlikelihood of a conspiracy is only slightly offset by the likelihood that twins would probably be more apt to conspire than two random people.

One strange little tidbit did catch my eye, though...

THE BOYS FINALLY REPORTED WHAT WAS GOING ON AND IN A CONTROLLED PHONE CALL REPEATED THEIR PLEAS TO HIM TO STOP.
It then goes on to other aspects of the story.

So, the 'controlled phone call' is a standard investigation tactic used by detectives when an abuse accusation is made. The victim calls the accused abuser in the presence of a detective and is coached to say specific things, while the call is being recorded. The majority of the time, the accused party will confess or otherwise implicate themselves in what he says in response, not realizing that there's a detective listening on the other end.

Here, however, the news report is that they "repeated their pleas for him to stop" - which would be fairly standard tactics on an abuser call- but nothing in regards to what the accused person said in response to such an accusation?

Yes, there are some real sociopaths and/or intelligent abusers who are savvy enough to go into stonewall denial mode in a situation like that anticipating that the call is an investigation action but its odd that the only part reported in the press is that they 'asked him to stop' during the controlled call but nothing on what he said in response to that.

Oh well.
HANG HIM HIGH! I'D LIKE TO TAKE A RUSTY SAW AND CUT OFF HIS BALLS AND THEN TAKE A HAMMER AND etc, etc, etc.

Why should Jon Jones have to risk his life? Also, I don't think Jon Jones would really want to kill someone. How much would Jones be compensated? Seems like a very expensive proposition.

It costs a lot to imprison or exterminate these maniacs. Maybe more than Jones makes. And it beats fighting Gustafsson. And lol at "banning diddling= compassion"

Good! Let these people rot. I am just a few years older than him and I have 3 kids. I cannot imagine what goes through a parents mind that would cause them to do something like this to their own children, adopted or not. Yes I know, chemical imbalances, etc., but still makes him scum of the earth imo.

So, if this was case was in court in 2014, has he been on remand for 2-3 years? Or on bail? :/ Seems like a hell of a long time between being caught, tried and sentencing.

Any links to the sentencing? Haven't found any online so far.

Roman Polanski got a standing ovation at the Oscars led by Meryl Streep and he raped and sodomized a 13 year old girl that he drugged.

Punishments should be more severe than that, even for artists.

You could probably go the rest of your life and never have any significant financial dealings with anyone that lives in Florida and save yourself a ton of grief. I did e-commerce for a site that did over 30 million in transactions while I worked there and FL and NJ were scammer heaven, but especially FL.

Hope this turns out better than it looks.

Yep, they'll keep him apart from the other inmates, they'll put him with the minors, for his protection.

Looks like sentencing took place in December, 8 years on each of two counts of conduct. It is not uncommon for cases that don't result in a trial to have no follow-up in the media.
