I'm in Barcelona to play the season 9 games. A lot of changes but I don't find any good ones.

The lines to registration are huge, I mean > 1 hour tipically and then you find out the tournament you choose is no longer on the schedule or is sold out. In days 2 I've been more then 3 hours in lines and cant get any decent update info on what's going on here.

Structures, people in, and things like that are way to complicated to ask.

At the registration the people don't speak English which helps a lot.

So get ready to have a nightmare here because after all this the cash games waiting list goes for >6 hours of waiting

Then you have 34o degrees outside (thats around 93o for you americanos !!) as an alternative !

Just saw my Facebook feed and lots of people are complaining about it being run terribly.

But as Frantic said it is pretty much the nicest city in the world, go to the nude beach, drink some cervezas, and enjoy the fact that your in barcelona while I'm writing this from my office on a saturday in Indiana.

Last time I was in Barcelona, I was in JAIL...no English either and yes, that helped a lot.
So unless you're in a worse place, just enjoy.

with all due respect to the people giving to OP sht, ive been in some of those nightmarish lines and some pretty terribly run larger buyin events.

Imagine planning a whole vacation around a tourny and coughing up the buyin to play and having it so terribly run that it ruins the experience.

Cant believe the hard time people are giving the OP if it really is that terribly run.

Yeah, I know they only had 9 seasons to fine tune this and make it run good and smooth.

Go to a restaurant called La Flauta. It's Andalusian food and some of the best meals I've had in my life were there.

Agree that they're giving spades too much crap. Sure spades has a great life but he shouldn't have to wait in line all day for canceled tournaments. It really doesn't take a rocket scientist to sign people up efficiently for a tournament. Step it up EPT.

Why do ppl assume because somebody is playing a big buyin tourny they have a sick life? A huge chunk of people satty into these tournies online and make a huge vacation out of it. It really is a shame that shatty service is ruining it for them.

Being Spanish and living here is a shame what's going on on EPT. I don't even understand why they can't do something about it. This has been a crapy experience for me and a couple of fiends that come over to play. I only play cash they only play tournaments and the lack of information every day after changes have been made on canceled tournaments, tournamendts sold out that appear open, wrong caps in tournaments changed last minute, etc etc is pretty hectic

I have to agree that the experience is been really bad and the casino staff points the finger to the EPT staff every time

They have 200 entries more than last year. I wonder why? Why do 1000 people want to play this lousy tournament? Why?

Just register some hours earlier. I did register Sunday evening and everything was perfect!
