I wouldn't take neverwin's word on that one. I've seen him say he won $2 million in 2005, so he's not consistent with his story. He may have had massive losses on other sites or in live play that he wasn't revealing, because yes, ripping off Newhouse and playing 30/60 and 50/100 doesn't jibe at all with winning that much money.

Neverwin was on ________.com radio not too long ago and he had a funny/sad story about a well known female pro who was staying at his house and would not leave. She was all hopped up on pills, naked, and playing multiple on-line tournies.

Neverwin tried to get her out by removing all the food and turning the heat all the way up but she refused to leave. He barricaded himself in his room for 3 days.

NW is a straight degen. When he had his first downturn at the 30/60 games he emptied the stars account of the guy he moved to LA with (Spyder44) to play poker. After he emptied his account, NW went around pretending to be Spyder asking for loans. This was a couple years before the pills.

From the money he made back in the day not the drugs imo.

I only read the OP and there ain't time for the whole thread, but this baffled me:

I don't understand why you're appealing to people's help now and hope for them to be altruistic and do the one-big-family-thing, while you haven't told anyone that this guy is probably not reliable, stealing money and has been drug-addicted for ages.
Who knows how many guys he lent/stole money from in the meantime, which you could have prevented.
