Re: Durrrr to play Full Flush? (PKR Heads-Up Grand Slam)

The first matches should start around 11am UK time (in about 12 hours)

Apologies, but we had a lot of connection troubles with the Wifi today, couldn't connect until after the first twenty minutes, by which time Annette was already out.

Hopefully it'll all be sorted by tomorrow. FWIW, I think Lex vs Luke is deffo the pick of the matches by a mile.

Re: Durrrr to play Full Flush? (PKR Heads-Up Grand Slam)

Raszi knocks out Fullflush

Quote:
Luke Schwartz raised to 800 and Veldhuis reraised to 2,300. Schwartz thought for a second before folding then said, "I knew that was coming too, I folded an ace..."

"Really?" said a smiling but slightly shocked Veldhuis, "I figured I had to 3-bet some s**t before I get kings again."

A couple of hands later and Schwartz raised to 800, Veldhuis reraised to 2,300 and Schwartz moved all-in. Instant call.

Schwartz: KQ
Veldhuis: 1010

Veldhuis, "It would be pretty sick to lose another coinflip..."

"Just put some paint out there please dealer..." said Schwartz

The board came out 375J10 and Veldhuis triumphs!
