When you talk the hands over after a session its ok or if he watches you and gives you some input on a few leaks of YOU , thats bending the rules but ok.
But grouping in skype in a group of >3 players and maximal exploiting a HU villain is cheating.

Letting strangers teamview you is a dumb thing by itself. And with strangers i mean someone you dont know in person.

It seriosuly just blows my mind when the cheaters get cheated and they cry the blues about it. Takes some kind of nerve to come on here and complain about being a cheater and get outcheated lol...... some people are just so f*&^ing stupid it's beyond belief!

In what world is staking someone you have never met with >10% of your net worth and letting them teamview you while playing HU against a spewy maniac who wins every hand against you a reasonable thing to complain about? If I walk around a seedy neighborhood with money hanging out of my pocket and it gets stolen who would feel sympathy for me? OP needs to move on and realize this was 90% his fault.

Just to clarify, OP has to sell his car because the backers costello scammed happen to be his stakers as well, and they are worried that OP might be associated with costello, thus they retain a good chunk of money from him at the moment as a guarantee.

I only skimmed this thread. Just thought I would throw in my 2c about the OP.

He was shady in dealing with me. Tried to get my roommates to get coaching from him, and feigned interest in living at my house in order to get access to people. He called me a "scab" too. And to "lose his number"

Janice7776 has had multiple altercations with people that he owes money to here on 2p2. I see him constantly posting "pm sent" for staking. I tried to warn a few people, but I don't have much direct dealing with him, only that I witness of others. I never feel its my place to say much.

Here is what some people had to say about janice7776 to me via PMs.

OP (Janice) was also sending unsolicited PMs to people trying to pitch his coaching to them. He did this to at least one person. I have no proof he has done it more than once.

At this time he was involved with a VPN service. He was helping sell it to people and was getting commission. That VPN service went down and customers were left stranded. Through the controversy he left the link to the website up on his blog. That link (although broken) is still on his blog.

I am a little leery to post this, as we both live in Vegas, and he knows where I live. He threatened people here. He is trying to activity do so with his youtube video, and I have suspicions that mods deleted his original post for those reasons.

I advise everyone to stay clear of this. I suspect highly that there is more to the situation than OP is stating. I would love anyone to come forward that has dealt with OP. If I am somehow mistaken, I am perfectly willing to be wrong. Maybe I am just bitter he called me a scab. I am looking forward to OPs case to back that up.

I am ready to be more proactive about people like this. I should have been more from the start. Count me in on helping with a solid blacklist.

All else aside, this is inaccurate. The reason for the original deletion had nothing to do with a youtube video or self-promotion.

This looks a little like a veiled threat to me:

I guess I am wrong, The song had nothing to do with any threats. I just assumed the way it was written, and made an assumption about the deleted material. I should stick to the facts to make a more poignant argument.

Stop letting people view your screen when playing poker. And stop collaborating against opponents with your study groups and next-level ghosting.

I was just letting you know that self-promotion wasn't an issue for the original deletion. As for the rest of your posts, if these are the facts as you know them, it seems fine.

I understand, the money is clearly poker affiliated though regardless, not trying to be a douche, no-one who plays by the rules deserves to be scammed.

I really hope potential stakers pay attention to this thread and stop backing these morons.
