Same. Wish I knew he'd upload the whole thing the next day as I felt pretty tired today with under 2 hours sleep

Pretty obvious twofold reason here:
1. More viewers and more exposure.
2. He's not as worried as 8 months ago about people seeing how he plays now since based on his video last year after losing to sauce, he's more committed to branding/media/marketing and will accept the pitfall of people seeing how he plays.

can someone explain how streaming online poker works.... doug says that theres no delay, and that the players agree they wont look at the stream to see his cards....

Lol, what?...

first, how would he get all the players in a tournament to acknowledge to him that they wont look at the stream

second, theres no way hes trusting the word of a bunch of people he doesn't know when it comes to something like this, of course everyone would look

what am I missing here?

The site plays a video of Doug asking nicely at the beginning of every tournament and the players are usually happy to oblige and not snipe. Poker players are very honourable people.

That Doug's (and the guy above me is) trolling. Ask a ridiculous question get a ridiculous answer imo. He had an 8 minute delay yesterday.

nobody commented on Doug's sn on Party when he's won the 5k? I mean, he's obviously not dumb enough to multiaccount on stream, but it still seems kinda weird to use another reg's sn

Is there somewhere on TwoPlusTwo where people are talking and reviewing Doug's new Tournament Master Class? Debating if I want to drop the $499 on it ahead of the WSOP.

The video got taken off youtube

I can't think of a better hand to bet-call river with than AT. Maybe AT without the heart. I think Ben just **** the bed. It's almost comforting seeing a beast like Tollerene make a mistake like this. Even super grandmasters make blunders sometimes.

I thought the same thing when I saw it.
Good for the game as it "proves" wild moves like this can work and even some of the best can level themselves into the wrong decisions with enough thought.

If these guys play 1000 $1.1 mtt's on stars they would get crushed and win zero, zip, zilch, nada. These moves are very standard at the $1.10 mtt's. You gotta be alert all the time.

Getting Tollerene to play 1000 $1.1 mtts would be like asking a heavyweight MMA fighter to go in to a kindergarten school and beat up all the kids. It could be done but there would be serious emotional consequences.

Don't think I've ever seen a x/r bluff on the river in a $1 mtt

Ran it through a solver with standard ranges.

Kenny is supposed to bluff with a mix of 86, 76, 65 (not 100%, but close enough) and value raise with 44, 66, 88, TT, 97 KTs. It should be noted he has very few combos of each of these hands.

Tollerene is supposed to call with ATo 97%, fold: 2%, raise 1%.

As you shouldn't, because you're getting looked up with bottom pair.

I was looking for that too. I guess I will get it, as Upswing's quality seems good, and it isn't that big an expense for me. However, the description didn't look all that impressive.
