lol i always thought he was a massive toolbag

but after playing with him in some cash / tournies i've decided that he's a really nice guy he's just pretty dumb and god gave him a face / smile that makes him seem like a toolbag

Someone at the Bellagio told me the other day that he backs that girl...She is actually very nice and a decent player, has really excellent etiquette and is pretty quiet and professional at the table. I've seen her in various games around the strip. Definitely not a hooker.

I already feel pretty stupid making fairly uninformed comments about Doug Lee's love life, but I don't think this girl would like the hooker connotation bandied about.

he does seem like a pit degen... i've seen him twice on two separate trips to vegas playing bj at the B with heavy black bags under his eyes.. always assumed he was trying to get unstuck from poker lol.. convenient since it's pretty close to the poker room. he doesn't pull the "you know who I am" stunt when he's in degen mode in the pit tho...

doug was eating at grand lux the other night with some woman (not above chick). my roomate wanted $500 to go up to him and ask him "are you doug lee, the biggest toolbox ever?" but i didn't have any recording device on me so i declined.

i was donking around with a friend in a venetian 2-5 game a couple nights ago, and doug lee was in the same game. one hand, he open-raises to 15, guy on the button moves all-in for about 100 total, everyone else folds. doug lee doesn't immediately act on the raise, instead he says, "you killed my action!" sits there a few more seconds and says again, "you killed my action!" then finally decides to call. he had AA. i was reminded of this thread.
