I guarantee that Doyle would be more than happy to invite a fellow poker legend like Doug Lee to play with him at Bobby's room. I'd pay money to see these two giants contest a few pots. Can we band together and lobby to get Doug Lee on High Stakes Poker next season? I think it would make all of us, including donkontilt, very, very, happy.

The fractional ownership part is him trying to sell timeshares? Is he going to start up a full tilt email chain letter/pyramid scheme next?

And does he actually still wear full tilt clothing despite not ever appearing in the friends of full tilt section? I was in vegas all month and didn't see him once, so I can't confirm. But if that is true it is just so so so sad.

first of all, I didn't think your comment was racist like the other douche claimed it was.. but are you saying someone can't be a racist because he's Asian? Please don't tell me you are one of those ignorants that somehow think only white people can be racists...

No I think he's saying an Asian can't be racist about an Asian.

It's called being self-deprecating IMO.

I'm sure I'm the only one, but I actually find myself liking Doug Lee more now after reading this entire thread than before -- maybe b/c I'm holding out the tiniest of prayers that, because consistently being this much of a putz is damn-near impossible, he just might be perpetrating the most massive leveling of this forum...nay, society as a whole, that has ever, or will ever, been seen....and might in fact be the single coolest and most hilarious guy to spend an evening with...in the history of mankind.

Where in the world did you come up with only white people can be racists or that Asian's can't be racist from what I've posted??

hes probably all excited that he's getting all these new hits to his website...

I've been trying to find footage of what think is a 2006 WSOP Cicuit event (Not the one he won.) where he gets totally owned by Kido Pham and others. It's hilarious.

If anyone can find that footage it would make a great addition to this epic thread.

Edit: It could be from Tournament of Champions...

^ I remember what you're talking about and it was the Rio Circuit Event I think. The hand you're talking about is hilarious because Kido basically calls out what Lee is going to do the entire hand and then pwns him.

You can look this up pretty easily on Hendon Mob. It was the circuit event at Paris in 2005: http://pokerdb.thehendonmob.com/event.php?a=r&n=16204

His site is being completely updated, could it have something to do with this thread?

It was the Paris event... Yeah, I was too lazy to look it up, my bad. Still looking for the ESPN footage. It's a classic.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=wNwKxOXSpGE - Doug Lee's 53o >> QQ AIPF

I looked and can't find the video of Kido Pham pwning him

edit: Found details of the hand but not the video.

Kido Pham eliminates Doug Lee
No Limit Hold'em
2005-11-22 17:58:47 EDT
Doug Lee raised from under the gun and Kido Pham called from the big blind. The flop came
KsQh9s and Pham checked to Lee who bet 14k. Pham called and the turn came 5c. Pham checked once more and Lee pushed in. Pham quickly called the all in bet and the players turned up:

Doug Lee Kh2c

Kido Pham Jd10s

Pham had flopped a straight and Lee was drawing dead on the turn. The river came Qs and Doug Lee was eliminated in 8th place with $50,384.

Note: I remember Kido calling out Lee's entire name during this hand a lot (i.e. "I check to you, Doug Lee") and then when Kido insta-called and Lee saw the hands, I remember Lee saying "it's jut not my day" LOL.

"We've seen each other on TV before, right?"

I've been playing this line over in my head the last few days, the sheer epicness of it blows my mind!

It doesn't sound as hilarious until you see the footage, agreed, but it's pretty awesome. This was also the hand directly after Lee donked off a bunch of chips to someone (jenn harman maybe) with K2, which made the "not my day" line better. Def. gotta watch it, I haven't seen it in ages but I remember laughing so hard.

Why all the hate? Talk about insecurity. My favorite post on this threat was the guy that mocked him for shoving too much and killing a game. Tough **** buddy. Honestly. Prove he's busto. Yes it's creepy that he took pictures in the Hachem's house but other than that what's seriously behind all this massive pile of hate. Get lifes suckas.
