Also, this has never even been about if a mid stakes player is better than you, it's about if 10/20nl players are better than you. I am not a 10/20nl player so it's not even related to what's going on in this thread. But one thing I'm certain of though is I do not make those blatant -EV plays that everyone has been commenting about on the forums.

You're also protected from any of these prop bets because you "can't play more than 1 table" at a time and online players deal in larger sample sizes since that's how you verify a winrate/edge more.

Let me put this out there and see if you can grasp this. Sometime it's hard for me to. Thanks for indulging me and I look forward to hearing your comments and seeing if I'm way off in my thoughts or if my limited knowledge is actually hitting pretty close now. I don't play a lot of online games, but I play a lot of live tournaments I'm a pretty decent 10/20 limit player.

We all know that the first level of poker is, learning position at the table and figuring out the value of my cards in this position and how I should play them.

The second level is, what does the other guy have? We guess their cards and try to figure out who has the best hand.

Now the next level is, what does he think that I have? This brings out the crazy hands that Daniel and other pros play. When Daniel looks down at the Q3, he could care less what the cards are because he wants to see the flop, read the situation and play the cards like they are aces. It's situational poker that many of you, and I add myself into this, can't fully grasp. Now yes, it doesn't always work but apparently over the long haul it makes a profit to guys that can read players as well as Daniel. You can't place the HSP and other TV hands in your evaluation as a player because they look through thousands and thousands of hands to see what's best for TV. All they are concerned with is the WOW factor. I would even say that Daniel loves having those hands on there because people like Boobs see them and want to play him because they think he has a weak game. Then they play him and find that they are in a world of hurt.

We could go to the next level but then Gus would have to step in, and not many here have the mind for that! lol They really don't care what cards they have. They see a situation that can be profitable and they go for it. Like I said before, sometimes it's steak and sometimes if famine. What does he think that I think he has is something way out of my level and I can't even begin to explain it.

I also love the part where Boobs says that it's not about being RESULTS oriented. Also, the part about how DN already had a great bankroll! THAT'S FUNNY!!! The guy spent day after day working his way up from pool to poker. Going broke and building a bankroll and then becoming one of about 20 names that helped to start the boom that got people like Boobs to start playing poker in the first place. I totally understand that we would all love to be at the level he is and all but I would hope that you all could at least find enough humility to realize that, we may not understand why they do it but hopefully one day our minds will grasp the reason why and move to the next level.

The problem here is that most posters that think he plays terrible are still on the, "what do I have" level and therefore judge Daniel by the few hands that he's played on TV.

I am currently doing a lot better by reading post by people like Boobs. That is the type of player that I am up against most of the time, since there aren't many 2easys and Daniels at my live tables. I love reading their post and seeing what they are thinking in certain positions and in certain situations. It's very profitable.

Up until a few days ago, haters use to really get on my nerves. Now I realize how funny they are and how much you can learn from them and take that to the tables. Knowing the way that most of them think was very profitable for me tonight! VERY profitable. Thanks guys. Keep it up!

So after all this arguing what are the online guys really so anoyed about-

Guy they have no respect for has no respect for them (pokerwise obviously) so they want to get the tapes out and say 'mine is clearly much bigger than yours'.

Why do winning poker players have such personality leaks that they can't contain themsleves when a poker celebrity doesn't bow down infront of their poker abilitys. We see daniel playing vs Ivey, Antonious, durrrr, doyle and Gus and every other live pro we can think of why would he be afraid of someone who can't bust him at the stakes they want to play.

Saying that you have a edge on him as you've seen some massive mistakes on a tv show is just ridiculous.

What can I say, I like the game. Anyone that has the cash can sit and it's not played very often in our casino. I don't sit for long and have had a decent run. Not a mega player by any means and that's why I just said decent. I'm up and that's all I can say. I didn't say I was killing it.

The rake kills the smaller limit games so I took up 10/20 limit henever the have a table, which isn't often so I don't get to play a lot and play a lot of tournaments instead.... why am I explaining this anyway?

It's not like you have to be a pro to play 10/20 limit live.

I agree with the persnon who said DN will adjust quickly and learn open limping trash is bad in these games.

I think those games are pretty sick tough tho.

also if he's given a year the games could change dramatically which might make this bet super easy or impossible.
