OK, so I know this thread is super old and irrelevant now, but I've just opened it for the first time in forever and noticed that there's a huge hosting fail with what was originally posted (thanks Apple!).

So, just for the sake of nostalgia (and before the page gets archived and I will no longer be able to add them), I've re-hosted everything where hopefully it will be more permanent. Sorry for the ridic bump, but I felt it would have been a shame for this to just slip quietly into the ether. So, for the last time, the never-to-be-completed "T.J.
