Because the swedish tax rules he's supposed to be dodging are never used in practice (referring to paying a certain % over every pot won). Swedes just pay 30% at the end of the year over non-euro sites.

I owe over 100k$ according to the proper tax rules (and I have never played higher than NL25) but as stated, they are NEVER used.
