i dont know if this has been posted or not. but this is a Darvin Moon interview on ESPN Radio by Andrew Feldman and Phil Gordon. I gotta say I like this Moon guy. he keeps it real!
Some Highlights:
- says he's been playing super tight and just been getting hit over by the deck
- works for a logging company that has 3 employees including his brother.
- Phil Gordon "How do you like how ESPN has been portraying you so far?"
Moon "I like it so far cause they haven't shown me yet."
- not hiring a coach. "i dont understand all that, im going in on my own same way i've been doing."
- was never all-in.
- always doubled or tripled his stack each day.
- knocked 27 ppl out.
Seems like he's gonna continue to play tight and won't be giving away his chips. I don't like his chances of winning though. He's gonna need a hot deck again to win it.
