Just to clarify, definitely not for the green card, he is Italian. As long as he doesn't spend more than six months in USA he doesn't have to pay taxes.

Dan Negreanu was in a different situation, as Canada has even a more ******ed government than the USA...they agreed to a tax treaty, but one at 30%, 5% higher than any other country in the world. If you are from Iran you only pay 25%.

When did they make it 90 days? They did the same recently in the EU for a few countries. Used to be 6 months in a lot of countries, now 90 days.

Three months is about maximum I can take of the USA anyway in any given year.

If this years WSOP winner stars sponsorship thing is anything to go by, this was compulsory. No public appearances without pokerstars clothes even your own wedding or testicles/sponsorship to be forfeited. LMAO.
