You don't understand how the IRS works.

High net worth individuals who are crazy spenders are the brass ring of every IRS-CID agent alive. The fact that they already have daddy's scalp hanging in the office does nothing but magnify him even further and make him an even more desirable target.

The culture in every Federal law enforcement office is the same. It's not "start at the law and find people who break it". It's more like "start at someone you don't like and figure out how to use the law to **** them over". He is an immensely unlikable person who exists well above the fold.

His dad was an extremely prominent corporate raider in 80s... Google bilzarian, Jeffries sp? Campeau debartola etc.... Sorry some spelling might be off

Didn't his parents own biggest house in Florida... Creditors/lawsuits etc can't take your primary residence in Florida
