Is there any way you can possibly begin to know this? Have you played with him? Are you close enough to know how often he plays and whom he plays with?

Notice his use of the word "probably". Given all the info publicly available on Bilzerian, no one could argue that he's not "probably" a huge whale.

If by some miracle he's actually a worldcrusher or only plays in lineups with bigger whales than himself, that's still covered by the "probably" part of his statement, since it's clearly not the most likely scenario.

Remember, don't just jump on keywords in sentences before replying hysterically, try to read every word in the sentence.

He has bragged about polishing off millions at the poker table on numerous occasions. He describes a hand where he calls out of position with 45o and floats air on flop, gutshot on turn in a nosebleed game.

His dad stole hundreds of millions and never returned it. He lives a ridiculously lavish lifestyle to the point of absolute absurdity. Even if he was making a million/year at poker, that wouldn't even begin to pay for all the **** you see him buying. His implication that he is self-made is laughable.

Finally admits in that article posted above about a trust fund.

If his dad knew he was going down and declared bankruptcy (after being convicted of securities and tax law violations)- its anyone's best guess how much his dad was able to hide in there.

btw, I've read somewhat extensively on what his dad was convicted for, and I don't agree with it. If what he got convicted for is actually true, at best its morally questionable, if even that.

What's crazy about what they convicted him of was that nobody had money actually stolen for them or was not directly de-frauded. Looks like he was a scapegoat.

I'm not jealous of him, but also not resentful.
If people want what he has, they need to work for it and find a way to get there, even though he didn't earn it himself, that's out of everyone's control.

Like many people would I'm sure he loves the positive attention from the people who kiss his ass praising him like he is a god.

But I'm not so sure he gives a damn about the people who post negatively about him. He can easily say to himself those negative comments are out of envy and laugh it off.

It's like if a homeless person criticized you as being spoiled because your parents gave you shelter, food, and clothing. Would you give a damn about his opinion?

I see a lot of hate Dan gets is from the criticism that he isn't self made. That he's a spoiled rich guy. I smell a lot of sour grapes. I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say most of his harshest critics would switch lives with him in a split second.
