Mods should change "legalize" to "regulate". For something to be "legalized", it would need to be illegal in the first place. There's already enough confusion regarding this topic, we shouldn't create anymore.

what the **** is "leaglized", the correct spelling is right in the thread title dude
For the average joe that is lurking, this is incorrect information. Online poker is not illegal. It's just prohibited for U.S. financial institutions to knowingly fund your gambling deposit(i.e. Credit cards).
The heat and debate is to regulate the industry in some way that is fair for everyone involved; if online poker is even considered online gambling.
You can play all you want, and if you are one of the few that can play well, you can withdraw to your hearts desire.

How about leave online poker alone since I dont believe in gov being any more involved in my life.
yea i meant legalize every aspect of it e.g. withdrawls and ive had friends who cant get money on it now. regulates probly a better word but it could be even scarier, i just want everything about it to be easy and not able to be misinterpretd at all and then them to leave it the fack alonee
