I figure this could be a move in the right direction. Gov recognizing the need for the revenue. Don't know what it all means yet.

Also if this happens I'd be worried the next step would be trying to ban the offshore casinos in order to get all the business for themselves, as I think has happened more or less in some places that have done similar things.
