Here's some interesting info found online about the various companies:
Pocket Kings - a real operation in Ireland where all the FT programmers, marketers, and other corporate staff work. They advertise jobs online. This is where they moved the operations of the original Tiltware from Los Angeles. They claim to just license the software to Full Tilt and provide marketing services, keeping them separate from the operating (gambling) company.
Filco Ltd, Alderney (aka Full Tilt Poker) - appears to be just a shell company to hold the Alderney gambling license, administered by the
Kensington Corporation in Alderney. Kensington handles the licensing and administration for almost all gambling operators that are licensed in Alderney, and the operating companies don't have real offices there. There probably are no FT employees in Alderney.
Kolyma AVV, Aruba - their address is in the Miramar office building which houses mostly trust companies, offshore banks, attorneys and accountants catering to offshore businesses. I would guess the address goes to a trust company that manages a lot of these shells and there are probably no real FT employees in Aruba either.
Here is what an AVV company is.
Mohawk IT in Kahnawake is where the servers are physically located, and they host servers for virtually all online poker sites that allow North American players. They are just a hosting service provider. Kahnawake also runs the KGC licensing agency for the companies hosted at Mohawk. That's a cozy setup.
