It appears on the first page of a Google search on "tiltware" for me.
Do I remember correctly that Clonie had disappeared from the Team Full Tilt page? She's there now.

Agree 100%.
Obviously, only one side of the story here, but if her claims are anywhere near acccurate, meaning she was actually promised 1% and then 'culled from the herd' later on- maybe when Lederer realized that she wasn't as valuable a commodity as he had originally thought- I hope she recovers.

Yeah, I'm probably wrong about that. I now see OP posted a pretty reasonable explanation and "tiltware" does get the justia docket on the first page.
I ran to PACER right away, before reading the entire thread.

Re: Clonie suing Full Tilt
I don't think she would go out of her way to bring all of those other names if she was not really pissed.
I'm sure she has strong relationships with some of those people and I'm sure they will be pissed for being brought into this.
I'm sure she is correct and is owed money, she's just not doing all this to **** with people.
HOWARD should pay up, it's obv that she is owed $$$$.
Tilt has the $$$ ~ pay her off....

Isn't he a computer programmer?
Would kinda make sense, having him on board early.

Re: Clonie suing Full Tilt
As a matter of contract law, it seems she has a lot to prove. Not only does she have to prove that she didn't get what she was entitled to, but the value of the company. This doesn't take into account the fine print, which probably includes some provisions for default. I would bet they countersue....
