Pretty sure that is a list of all of the actual owners. TiltWare provides the software. PocketKings is their support staff. Bitar and Jesus were the two original founders, Howard appears to be the CEO and the others are the minority shareholders and likely early investors (sans PA).

No, I was watching Howard on PAD on my dvr from earlier this week and Howard was talking about Ireland so I googled Full Tilt and Tiltware and look what pops up. Humm, interesting, hopefully a Nevada attorney will post a copy of the complaint soon.
