Clonie Gowen's suit against Full Tilt dismissed

It appears that the judge through out the bulk of the case this week. According to the docs, the case against the individual defendants except Lederer and Bitar was dismissed with prejudice (can not be filed again). Sorry to self-link, but I have the court docs linked there if anyone is curious. Tiltware, Lederer and Bitar were dismissed as well, although she can refile later if she addresses the issues in her complaint.

This is pretty much a complete crush by Full Tilt. The standard for Clonie to survive at this stage is very low.

Weren't her claims against TiltWare, Lederer, and Bitar the heart of her case? It doesn't seem like not being able to proceed against random team full tilt members will hurt her that much. This result seems standard, not exactly a "complete crush" by Tilt.

The case against the others was dismissed as well. It just was without prejudice, meaning that she can refile against them later if she can formulate a better complaint. I assure you that it is a disastrous result for her.

ah, just didn't get that the claims against Bitar/Lederer/TiltWare had been dismissed as well, albeit without prejudice, from the OP

it is a shame for Clonie because I think somewhere in between what FT says and what she says lies the truth. I believe they probably made some promises, just not as much as she claims. I'm sure she is probably owed some compensation but will likely never see a dime

Does that mean the $250k settlement is off the table?

I said it was a shame, not that I truly care. Huge difference
