Ha ha ha. We should start a separate thread where everyone can list the infractions (and point value) they received for questioning Jose. Don't want to clutter up this thread though (moreso than it is).

anybody who thinks dogishead is more guilty than jungleman ought to get their heads checked. No way in hell is jungleman innocent in this. not only has this whole thing been very shady but the lack of silence once a scandal breaks tells all. DIH has just been more vocally adamant about posting lies and coverups as opposed to just sitting back like jungle. I think its quite clear they were both using jose's name to gain access to euro sites and possibly both aided in helping him build a persona that was obviously fake and may also have helped him win the monthly poker challenge. I cant believe that jungleman would ever try and run some 'petty' scam to try and get a few K at a time but the longer he goes silent the more Ill dismiss that. 'At one point or another everyone eventually will let you down.' seems so true nowadays

Gregorio and Rangey got into a discussion (argument) and this prompted another discussion that mods should remain reasonably impartial in situations like this, in the forums they moderate. Obviously this applies both ways so the mods that suspected this whole thing stunk to high heaven (cough) from the outset kept their opinions to themselves. I PMed Rangey the early morning of alerting him when the OTHER thread was only 50 posts deep but other than that...
To my knowledge nobody actually knew, and mods are not some secret cabal of overlords. For every mod that might have a blind bias in favor of DIH/Jose, there's another that would use the IP information to freeroll blast the "real" bet. The fact is after the computards computarded, IP became a huge deal now and there are hoops to jump through. (before it was openly displayed for every mod to check whenever) Plus, a strong part of me unfortunately suspects it might have a bunch to do with this, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bystander_effect where everybody just assumed somebody else already handled it.
