Thanks, elmorrison, for that information.

I love Mexico and have been thinking about spending a little time there soon. Especially since the dollar is so strong against the peso. When I was last in Mexico you only got 10 pesos to the dollar. It was much higher last time i checked.

What about the tax situation? Anyone know anything? Id guess there probably is a tax on poker winnings, however, it wouldn't be very difficult to avoid it, especially if you were not Mexican.

that would be good to see but the price tag on putting a logo on one of the bigger european teams may be a lil too much for stars (right now atleast)

i know braca who never had any advertisements on their shirts (now has UNICEF logo ..which they put on for free) were offered a 550million euro deal to advertise on their shirts.

You couldn't be more wrong, you cheap-shot artist.

FYI:

I did the deal with FullTiltPoker.net to get my former client the Poker after Dark: Director's Cut (in Spanish) on Azteca 7 (Mexico) TV hosting job. She absolutely loves the job and she has turned in an amazing performance as host, as I always felt she could when given the chance to shine.

She could not have gotten the opportunity had ESPN and PokerStars.net (i.e. Sarne Lightman) not ganged up to push her out of ESPN in March.

FullTiltPoker.net senior officials couldn't thank me enough for referring my former client to the company, as FullTiltPoker.net now has a weapon to leapfrog PokerStars.net in the Mexico market.

--

I am disappointed and I am deeply hurt to have to make the most difficult decision of my 3-year career as a poker agent to part ways with my former client on Wednesday morning, the week after the first episode of Poker After Dark: Director's Cut aired on Azteca 7 in Mexico, after I lost my trust of my former client because she backstabbed my agency's other Mexican client.

I had to choose which of the 2 Mexican clients I wanted to keep, and I went with my conscience and parted ways with the female client because I lost confidence of her ability to conduct herself away from the poker table at the highest standard I expect of my clients, who are the finest poker ambassadors in the world.

--

Before you mouth off and tell the world that I don't know how to be a poker agent and I need to shut down my poker agency and find another line of work, you need to cool your jets first and do a little bit of research, i.e. make some phone calls. "Google" is not sufficient.

I am sick and tired of the hundred of so 2+2 jerks like you who do nothing but shoot at people first, day after day, without bothering to do any research whatsoever.

No taxes for poker winnings in Mexico since you actually receive the money from the US, UK or whatever other country. Yes you can use moneybookers, but I don't have much experience using it. I actually use neteller and it woks fine. Someone told me you can withdraw directly to your account on HSBC but I haven't tried it. I've tried some other banks and it doesn't work.

PM if you want more info
