Being in the US and never playing on one of these sites, may I ask what is there to insure that they are not removing a few ten value cards out of the deck, to skew the odds a bit more in their favor?

If they are willing to deal seconds, why not?

A few years ago when I used to play, some of the online casinos would spread the deck in front of camera between deck-changes (Betfair was one of those IIRC).

But it was boring as hell as the whole process takes like 1-2min.

i used to deal blackjack and used to forget to push the 6 decks in the shoe down periodically (should do it every 30 cards or so) cos i'm unconscientious and sloppy so a few times the cards would collapse and i'd pull a card from the middle of the decks without realising

whenever it got noticed they'd just let people choose to play their hand or take their bet back then have me finish the deal and reshuffle cos seriously wfc?
