Re: Can we discuss Cereus specifically?

Read the release and understand that it is stated nowhere that AP/UB are declaring bankruptcy.

IMO someone should be screaming to the DOJ NOT to unfreeze UB/AP funds because they cannot be trusted.

Re: Can we discuss Cereus specifically?

Can anyone tell me why everytime someone quotes the blanca/avione debt message they talk about AP/UB owing $250,000,000 and not the $250,000 stated in the article? I've seen it over and over.

Also lol @ gildwulf, making my day a little better.

The promissory notes held by Madeira are in the amount of $250M. The legal expenses incurred by Madeira in trying to receive payment on the $250M notes is $250k+

this + 10000000

IMO our only hope is for the DOJ to personally oversee us getting our money (or a % of our money) back

Re: Can we discuss Cereus specifically?

Can someone tell me how UB can negociate properly with the DOJ when they are still alowing US player base to play on their site ???

Nothing will come off of that negociation (if negociation there is) if UB arent showing some good will.
