In before "if you had money on UB/AP you got what you deserved, yadda, yadda". But I think it's fair to discuss what is happening with Cereus and whether anyone has heard anything yet. As far as I know there hasn't been an official statement from the site, Joe Sebok is singing to himself on twitter like a crazy person, and there hasn't been any real discussion that I have seen.

Has anyone had any email from UB since yesterday? Are they going to take the money and run, or is there any hope of payouts?

Apparently there was a post by the brass at p5's that heard from insiders that AP/UB will go on.

I see this as logical... I feel they will end up giving DoJ the finger, wipe their asses with the indictments, and keep business as usual once they get new payment processors. FT and PS have been conforming to US Legistation previously (WA Player ban) and Cereus has not.

This would also be a great opportunity for Cereus to absorb the US Player pool and probably become the biggest online site next to party.

They won't have the funds to cover fines & withdrawals and will go bust, despite what they're claiming right now.

I don't know how anyone in their right mind still continuous to play there. I tried to withdraw all my money and couldn't, I will not continue to play on a site that I cannot withdraw from. AP/UB are being the *******s they have always been whil the PS/FTP stop all play until everything is figured out, AP/UB tells people to keep giving them money without letting to take it ou tnow and no real solution in sight.

BUt yeah everything is running like normal and lots of US players online......the ONLY good thing about being a Cereus reg is that they'll just say F U to the govt and continue to do business ala BOdog, SPortsbook, etc. Govt been after em for years and theyre still in business
